Newsletters

Our school newsletter is the best way to stay connected with our school community, sharing the latest events, student achievements, and important updates. The newsletter is published twice each term (mid-term and end-of-term), with eight editions each year. Each year, the first newsletter of the year is especially helpful for new families, providing an overview of our school, introducing staff and programs, and showing what makes Oak Flats High School a welcoming place to learn and grow.

Term 3 has been full of learning, connection and opportunity at Oak Flats High School. We celebrated Public Education Week, Science Week and NAIDOC Week, welcomed Japanese student visitors, and supported students to explore future pathways through RIEP experiences including electrical workshops and Float Your Boat. Students have also achieved in so many areas such as out of school sport, debating and the Maths Challenge, while our feeder primary students have continued building connections with the high school through transition programs. It has been a busy and rewarding start to the term, with so much to be proud of across our school community.
